On July 16, St. Martin De Porres Parish had its stained glass windows broken in Bells Corner, reports CTV News. It was discovered that three stained glass windows had been broken and then the following Sunday it was discovered that the church had been graffitied. The graffiti was in yellow paint depicting a crescent moon with a star- a recognizable Islamist symbol. The Ottawa Police Service is doing an investigation at this time.
