St. Jerome Catholic Church suffers an arson due to a suspicious pipe bombing, in Brampton, Ontario, reports National Post. Firefighters responded to call St. Jerome’s Catholic Church after report of a suspicious fire breaking out. Firefighters found a suspicious item which prompted them to call police to the scene. Earlier the same morning, a townhouse, close in location to the Church, had also had a suspicious fire, in which it was entirely burnt down. The townhouse was in early construction stages. Due to the nature and proximity of the fires, the Ontario fire marshall has taken over investigation.
