The Church, St. Francois-Xavier, of the St. Francois-Xavier Municipality in Winnipeg, Manitoba, sustained serious damage in a break-and-enter: statues of Jesus and the Virgin Mary damaged beyond repair, the Church itself put into a frenzy of overturned objects, a mess of litter, and a fire extinguisher had been set off. The occurrence had happened over the weekend, supposedly on Saturday. While there is no main suspect, a car was spotted around the Church at 1 a.m. Police have begun an investigation.
