At the Baie-Saint-Paul Cemetery in Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec headstones were knocked over reports Le Charlevoisien.

Le Charlevoisien reports that a man, Francois Gilbert who regularly visits the cemetery to help take care of it was the first person to notice that headstones in the cemetery were knocked over. Gilbert has his own family monument there, however, it was unaffected.

Gilbert had been there on the Saturday evening and noticed nothing unusual, but on Sunday the following morning he saw that down the central aisle headstones had been knocked over.

Gilbert would like to see the incident be investigated so that people who’s family’s headstones had been knocked over feel a sense of reparation. The Surete du Quebec had been made aware of the incident and Gilbert had informed a Fabrique employee of the incident as well.
