The Garden of Grace Memorial Garden which is just outside of the Basilica of Our Lady in Guelph, Ontario, was vandalized, reports Guelph Today. Graffiti covered the area and other various products were strewn about the walkway. The products were condoms, sanitary napkins, wrappers, and tampons. The actions of this vandalism seem likely to come from pro-choice activists. The graffiti message read, “Condom Not Condemn.” Just two days before this act of vandalism, there was a protest held in opposition by supposed pro-choice groups. The Garden of Grace Memorial Garden and the Basilica of Our Lady are both locations where women and mothers can come together to mourn the losses of their children due to abortion and miscarriages.
