In Longueuil, Quebec, the Cimetiere de St-Antoine-de-Padoue and Cimetiere Regional Sainte-Maxime had cemetery headstones knocked over, reports The Montreal Gazette. Police were alerted on Wednesday that Cimetiere de St-Antoine-de-Padoue had been vandalized after investigating a cemetery vandalism on Tuesday. Shortly after arriving to Cimetiere de St-Antoine-de-Padoue, the Cimetiere Regional Sainte-Maxime had also been vandalized.The timeline of the vandalisms occurred between November 24 to December 4 of 2018. The amount of headstones toppled over ranging into the 60s for St-Antoine-de-Padoue and the 40s for Regional Sainte-Maxime. Both cases are being looked at in connection with each other and there is an investigation taking place. Police urge anyone with information to contact them.
