In the Southeast of Alberta, the RCMP have been called to investigate the theft of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church bell, reports the Edmonton Journal. The investigation follows that the RCMP arrived at the church to find that the bell had been stolen with evidence of damage done to the church. Video surveillance footage shows that there was a blue Dodge truck with a push bar in front of it pulling off the bell from the church. As the Dodge is seen driving away, another vehicle, a white-silver SUV is following it. Anyone with information about these two vehicles are being asked to contact Tofield RCMP.
