According to The Carillon a number of places had been targeted by vandals, among those involved is St. Joachim Catholic Church’s nativity scene.
The statues of the nativity scene had been smashed in a two day spree, from December 9 to 10.
Steinbach RCMP reported various cases of vandalism around the area of La Broquerie. Noting that several car windows had been smashed as well.
