Petition update
Many thanks to those who signed our petition in support of the traditional definition of marriage. Your voice helped give weight to our communications with MPs and cabinet ministers. In addition to our letters to Prime Minister Martin and Justice Minister Cotler, we also contacted all Catholic MPs in early April to share our tribute to Pope John Paul II and invite them to consider their legislative options on the question of Bill C-38. With your commitment and support, CCRL has been able to support numerous other initiatives in support of marriage and the family.
