CBC News reports that a fire in Sheaves Cove may have been due to a feud of two families in the area.
St. Joseph’s Catholic Church was greatly affected by a fire that the RCMP suspect may be connected to a vandalism of a community centre located close to the church.
The fire left only rubble and debris. With little to go on, fire investigators are having a hard time finding the cause of the fire.
The feud of these two families have been involved in the courts, suggest that this fire takes things too far.
The church was insured and a new one can possibly be built. There were no reported injuries.
