TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2004 – Catholic Civil Rights League today announced that Jason Kenney, MP, will be keynote speaker at its annual general meeting Oct. 28. Members and guests and invited to hear Mr. Kenney discuss the challenges faced by Catholic politicians in Canada today, particularly when the secular agenda conflicts with Church teachings.

The meeting will take place in the auditorium of St. Michael’s Choir School, 66 Bond Street, Toronto. CCRL’s executive will be elected for the coming year. The CCRL business portion will be at 6:30, with Mr. Kenney’s keynote scheduled for 7:30.
